Centre Management

Centre Management is located inside the Centre entry from the Underground Carpark.  Centre Management is open from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchairs are available for hire from Centre Managment free of charge.  You will be required to complete a hire form and provide drivers license details.

Lost Property

Should you lose your valuables or find someone elses within the Centre please contact or visit Centre Management.  We are able to take your contact details and return the lost items to you should they be located.

Kiddy Rides

Kiddy Kabs are a great alternative to prams and are available for hire from Centre Management at a cost of $2.  There is no time limit on the Kiddy Kab use, however Kiddy Kabs are not permitted to be taken outside of the Centre and must be returned to Centre Management on departure.

Car Parking

City Centre Plaza has 495 carparks, with ground level and basement parking available.  Most ground level parks are also shaded.  Disabled and child friendly carparks are also available on both levels.

Taxis

There is a taxi rank outside of the front entry to City Centre Plaza.  Should there be no taxis at the rank, a telephone inside the door of the Centre entry is available to contact the taxi call centre free of charge. 

Parents Room

The Parens Room is located down the corridor from News Xpress next to the Female Amenities.  The parents room is equipped with two change tables, a nappy vending machine ($2 per nappy) a microwave, seating and a child size toilet.

Gift Vouchers

Specialty Store Gift Vouchers are a fantastic gift idea and available from Centre Management in denominations up to $30.  The Gift Vouchers can be used at any specialty store within City Centre Plaza, excluding Target and Coles.
