Sustainability Award!
City Centre Plaza recently won the Sustainability category at the Property Council Awards on Friday 7 September. City Centre Plaza's submission outlined a number of projects - large and small - undertaken in order to significantly reduce the electricity usage of the Centre as a whole. This was a fantastic achievement for the Centre, particularly due to the extremely tough competition.
